This Privacy Policy explains how Solana Validator Metrics, provided by Boundless Endeavors LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the application.
We do not require users to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, advertising identifiers, payment information, contacts, photos, or other user-provided personal information.
When the app communicates with our remote procedure call ("RPC") proxy, standard network information is transmitted automatically. This information may include:

We do not use this information for advertising, marketing profiles, tracking users across apps or websites, or selling personal information.
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host and protect our RPC proxy and related network infrastructure.
As part of providing these services, Cloudflare may process IP addresses and other network request metadata on our behalf. Cloudflare handles this information according to its own privacy and data-protection terms.
Requests made through the proxy are forwarded to one or more third-party blockchain RPC services. Those providers may receive the proxy server's network information and the contents of the blockchain RPC request. We do not intentionally include your IP address in requests forwarded to those providers.
We do not maintain our own database of user IP addresses.
IP addresses and related request metadata may be retained temporarily in Cloudflare logs or security systems. Our accessible Cloudflare Worker logs are retained for no longer than 7 days, unless a shorter period applies.
Cloudflare may separately retain limited information when reasonably necessary to provide its services, maintain network security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve technical issues, according to Cloudflare's own policies.
We do not export these logs to permanent storage or intentionally preserve IP addresses after the applicable operational retention period.
We do not sell personal information.
Network information may be processed by Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers only to operate, secure, and maintain the app and its supporting services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of users, the service, or others.
Network communications between the app and our proxy are protected using HTTPS encryption. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access to the app's infrastructure and operational logs.
No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us using the information below.
Because we do not create user accounts or maintain a database of identifiable user information, we generally cannot identify or retrieve information associated with a particular individual.
You may contact us with questions about our data practices or to request deletion of information that you reasonably believe we maintain about you. We may need sufficient information to locate and verify the relevant records.
Cloudflare and other service providers may process network information in countries other than the country where you live. These providers apply their own legal and contractual safeguards to such processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its infrastructure, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will be posted at the same location with a revised effective date.
